hela Sverige We are now looking for a Output Management - Infrastructure Technician, Volvo IT I&O
The Infrastructure Technician carries out planning, maintenance, problem management, installation in test & QA environment, verify quality and functionality of infrastructure components.
Key responsibilities
• Has technical responsibility for one, or a set of, infrastructure component(s)
• Monitors that the infrastructure component(s) meets the given technical requirements and other objectives set
• Responsible for the interactions with other infrastructure components within the infrastructure framework
• Responsible for the evaluation of new (and existing) infrastructure components within the area
• Formulates specifications and development/maintenance plans for new or existing infrastructure components within the area
• Handles technical contacts with suppliers and partners
• Participates in planning and calculation of development, maintenance and operation activities within the infrastructure area
• Evaluates the technical aspects of proposals that affect the given area
• Supervises other technicians within the area of responsibility
• Gives guidelines to application developers
Competencies for the position
• To be a successful member of this team we think you will have documented experience from deliver infrastructure solutions in a global context.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of leadership and teambuilding, including the ability to be a driving force with a holistic view.
• As person you are good listener with a pedagogic and communicative approach. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility with a courageous mindset.
• Proficiency in the Swedish and English language is required.
