This team ensures that our products comply with given specifications and meet customer quality and service requirements in run-time.
Main responsibilities
Secure quality in operation
Secure Lifecycle management of the Windows server environment
Performing root cause analysis in complex environments and providing timely diagnosis of problems
Take lead in investigations and pre-study:s
Participate as SME in RFP:s
Verification, testing and documentation of the developed products in production environment
Vendor contact and escalation
Producing and reviewing documentation
Managing product defects for the products in scope
Give input to the budget process for development and operations activities
Proactively propose changes which; cut cost, reduce lead-times or improve quality of our deliveries.
Responsible for ensuring that our run-time server deliveries comply with given specifications and customer quality requirements.
Competence requirements:
Extensive Windows Server platform knowledge
Experience from ITIL
Experience from server operation in an enterprise environment
Experience from operation of business critical HA systems
Experience from performing root cause analysis
Overall knowledge of different IT architectures & network
topologies.
Knowledge in IIS, clusters and storage systems is an advantage

Good knowledge in English language, both spoken and written
Education and/or Experience Recommended
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or similar
