hela Sverige Experis IT in Gothenburg are seeking for an Infrastructure Operation Technician that has a broad experience of Juniper Firewall and IDP.
Activities overview
• Architectural knowledge about DMZ and security solutions ability to take the lead and drive forward.
• Independently resolve tickets within SLA.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions
• Provides inputs to modify/update/design standard operating procedures / work instructions
• Follow the escalation process
• Follow the shift hand-over process
• Update the knowledge base
• Coaching freshers to be independent
• Coaching analysts for correct routing of tickets, capturing critical information
• Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
• Managing independent shifts
• Complies to regulatory requirements
• Participate in CoE meetings - sharing and acquring knowledge
• Participate in Sev1/ Bridge calls
Required skills
• 3-5 years of experience within the area
• Fluent Swedish and English within writing and speaking is a requirement
• Broad technical knowledge within the area of Infrastructure
• Broad experience of Juniper Firewall and IDP
• Good architectural knowledge about DMZ and security solutions ability to take the lead and drive forward
• Several years of experience within the area
• Strong customer focus
• An eye for detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural organization
• Very good communication and documentation skills
• Very good ability to keep many tasks in the loop
• Very good ability to collaborate in teams as well as being an independent driving force
• Relevant academic qualifications
• Good written and spoken English and Swedish
