www.lactalis.frWe are looking for an Infrastructure & Support Manager in the Nordic Shared Service Center (NSS) team located in Malmö. The NSS consists of 5 different departments with 40 employees in total. You will become a valued member of the Nordic Shared Service IT/IS team, which consists of 8 dedicated members. The IT/IS department is facing very interesting challenges ahead including establishing common Nordic infrastructure, NSS go live, roll-out of M3 as common Nordic ERP platform and development of the team to increase internal responsibility. In the role as Infrastructure & Support Manager you will play a very central part in establishing and maintaining a solid IT infrastructure for Skånemejerier. In this role you will have 3 direct reports.
The position is placed at Skånemejerier?s Head Office in Malmö and you report to Head of NSSC. The employment is full time with unlimited duration.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include
• Provide overall IT governance in accordance with Corporate Policy
• Plan, Implement and Monitor IT projects
• Report projects follow up and financials to management
• Manage IT staff; Define and discuss the necessary means for his or her department to operate in association with management
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Monitor the financial aspect of IT development / Control the IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX)
Competences required:
We expect you to have a formal educational background as IT engineer and 4-5 years solid experience from similar positions in large Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or production organizations.
We expect you to be flexible and receptive to new ideas, positive and constructive, down to earth and pragmatic, quick-thinking and perceptive, hardworking and efficient, analytical and attentive to detail, able to conceptualize, with a structured and logical approach.
You are expected to be capable of remaining calm under pressure and demonstrate an enquiring mind and well-developed observational skills, good concentration and an aptitude for vigilance, a sense of responsibility and high professional standards, imagination, originality and objectivity with an ability to see the bigger picture.
You need to delegate objectives, missions and tasks to your staff according to the abilities of each; lead, supervise, co-ordinate and control the work of the team as well as help and support the staff in carrying out their missions (enhancing business line knowledge and expertise).
You are expected to motivate each member of staff and train them by highlighting points for improvement.
