hela Sverige Our team is involved in the future strategic platform for Scania. We supply Scania's different development teams with infrastructure solutions, which the whole organization is dependent on. We are using different Configuration Management tools to scale IT automation, manage complex deployments, and speed up productivity.
You will be involved in the strategic development on premises, in edge environments, and in the cloud. Tasks included in the position:
• Development of the Linux platform
• Work on different projects to create new applications
• Collaborate with different departments and manage areas such as modulization, databases, web, and containers
We wish that you have good communication skills and feel comfortable working closely with our development teams. You are a team player but are also comfortable working independently. As the corporate language is English, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English. You have a strong proficiency in Red Hat or Linux/Unix Administration and are acquainted with the following competencies:
• Experience in Linux operation systems.
• Experience with automation/configuration tools such as Ansible.
• Have a basic knowledge of networking and storage solutions.
• Experience in scripting and software development.
