• Contribute to all areas: service management, analyze, configure. test and maintain services delivered by the team with a focus on SharePoint;
• Set-up and maintain framework and guidelines for application infrastructure, contribute to future domain architecture;
• Build on domain service competence and be ready to act as On-Call for the services maintained by the CFT;
• Support our internal customers by resolving SNAP incident cases;
• Join a cross-national team with a possibility to work remotely.
What is needed in this role:
• IT education and/or experience;
• Experience with Sharepoint infrastructure maintenance & support
• Powershell skils;
• Experience with or general understanding of Collaboration tools (E-mail Exchange, Teams/Skype, video, file sharing, Information Protection, collaborative workspaces, fax, conference equipment);
• Familiar with Agile way of working;
• Structured, systematic, attention to details;
• Solution oriented strong team player;
• Continuously learn and improve.
