Kambi IT Operations supports the infrastructure of the organization and the success of our partners. We ensure a stable environment twenty-four seven, year-round. We are dedicated to agile operations, believe dev-ops and automation are great ways of achieving that, whilst using agile methodologies to support our efforts along the road.
As a part of the system administration team you will be responsible for Kambi's infrastructure on a global scale. There will be plenty of problem solving and room to learn. To fit our team, we believe you should thrive in a fast-paced environment where everyone is free to speak their mind and a good solution is prioritized over prestige.
This is what you will do:
• Build and maintain on-prem infrastructure as well as cloud production systems around the globe
• Work with a wide variety of technologies
• Work to deliver reliable, scalable and highly available systems.
• Be operationally responsible for our infrastructure, including taking part in 3rd line stand-by rotation.
You'd like to work with these technologies:
• Opensource ftw
• Ubuntu, OpenBSD, Cumulus
• Infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NTP)
• Globally hosted servers
• Virtualization ( KVM )
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
• Automation (Puppet, Ansible)
We would like for you to tick a few of these boxes:
• Background in Linux
• Experience with infrastructure automation
• Storage, backup, and archiving
• Have a basic understanding in networking (dynamic routing, datacenter switching, site-to-site VPNs)
• "Security first" mindset
You'll like Kambi if you:
