• About the job Workplace Platform has a key role to deliver IT development and maintenance services of the Windows platform, Microsoft services and other systems in a flexible, cost effective and high quality manner to the Swedbank Group.
• We are working with both development and maintenance of our services and systems.
• In our team you will be working together with experienced engineers and architects, locating in Sweden and in the Baltics.

What is needed in this role:

• We expect you to be a true team player, goal-oriented and person with good communication and cooperation skills. You are a problem solver who can communicate obstacles or suggestions in a simple way to your stakeholders as well to your team members. You see changes as a challenge, and you strive for continuous improvement.
• You have been working as a system specialist or system architect and have a deep knowledge within the areas of Windows and modern client management, cloud services, Microsoft 365 suite, Azure/Windows virtual desktop and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Ideally, you have a holistic view over workplace related services and how it is evolving to meet the needs of our users going forward.

• It is also an advantage to have experience of: - Larger IT-organization(s)
• PKI infrastructure
• ITIL & Service Now
• Mac platform

• Plan, prioritize and estimate the work together with the team members and Product Owner.
• Design, build, run and maintain services to be delivered and maintained by the team, striving for automation and standardization.
• Support Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance and development activities.
• Participate in incident and problem management.
• Participate in setting framework and guidelines for platform services and infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to architectural targets; provide input to architectural roadmaps.
• Deal with risk management in accordance to set procedures.
• Perform capacity and performance management.
• Proactively seek and give feedback.
• Academic degree in IT is preferred.
• At least 5 years relevant technical work experience.
