You will have the opportunity, to grow yourself and take on a big responsibility. The payment market is undergoing massive change with increased competition, globalization and standardization. Swedbank is running several related strategic initiatives in parallel with scaling up agile and strengthening the delivery capacity - you will join during exciting times!
Responsibilities
We are looking for Infrastructure Engineer - OpenShift to an international Payments infrastructure agile team at Swedbank. Your job will partly consist of;
Configure, maintain and monitor robust and high-quality software, putting the user's requirements first and always driving towards a working product on-time
Set up, test, maintain applications and cloud infrastructure for Swedbank's main future payment platform
Be in the forefront of implementing services on our new cloud native platform that have built in CI/CD principles and modern application infrastructure
Development, testing, and rollout of new application features
You will work with the team on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis, partnering with QA team on test automation of new and existing functionality
Collaborate with other team members to constantly improve the way of working within the cross functional team, the tech stream, between tech streams and value streams
Our tech stack:
Java, REST, SOAP, Spring Boot, Web services, XML, Jenkins, GIT, Gradle, Eclipse, IntelliJ, VS Code, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Jira, Confluence (wiki), MS Teams
Qualifications
What is needed in this role:
You are used to working and administrate purchased systems and applications
Experience from designing, building, monitoring and maintaining services that will continuously be developed and maintained by other teams
Knowledge in container-based runtime environments -Open Shift, Docker or Kubernetes
Relevant DevOps experience with Git/Jenkins to build pipelines
Fluency in spoken/written English, Swedish is a plus
Experience from unit, performance and automated testing is a plus
