Our IT Services function which is part of the organization Global Operational Services has 2 vacancies within their Microsoft Platform team as Infrastructure developers. About the Role
This role supports different parts of the IT landscape of the company, providing knowledge and hands-on support within the Microsoft eco-system to Solution Owners, Application Developers and other IT colleagues as well as acting as an infrastructural coordinator for projects and solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that supports both internal and external projects and teams with modern infrastructure expertise. Your engagement will be in new projects in a highly people focused work environment. You will have the chance to participate in international teams with the opportunity to make a difference in the organization.
The Infrastructure Developer acts as the connection between different infrastructural teams and different solutions and project teams. The Infrastructure Developer will work closely with solution owners, Information Security Team, Project Teams and 3rd party vendors, supporting our infrastructure to deliver the right solutions for Essity.
What You Will Do
• Use your experience and skills to do hands on installations and configurations in the Microsoft environment
• Be part of 3rd line support for solutions including troubleshooting and problem solving
• Read logical designs and turn them into practical setups
• Provide knowledge to projects, solution owners and application developers
• Share ideas for improvements and provide insights to other colleagues
Who You Are
Required Education and Experience:
• Higher education within a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Some years of experience in IT infrastructure:
• Windows based infrastructure
• Microsoft server operating systems
• Application Hosting & Publishing
• Microsoft SQL, IIS & Security
However, for this position we like to encourage and welcome all applicants no matter length of previous experiences.
