Kambi is looking for an Infrastructure Architecture & Delivery Lead to strengthen our IT Operations departments ability to build scalable, available production infrastructure and lead the delivery of the departments major projects and initiatives.
This is what our IA&D Lead do:
Ensures that IT Operations makes relevant technical choices and successfully design, build and develop infrastructure that enables high levels of automation, agility and reliability to support Kambis overall business goals.
This role also includes responsibility for projects within IT Operations, make sure we deliver on our own internal and companywide roadmaps, a key factor here is the ability to lead and motivate talented tech people, balance and manage priorities, long-term goals, understand technical and regulatory requirements.
Infrastructure Architecture
• Manage the Infrastructure architecture roadmap
• Manage the technical debt, create awareness, break work into manageable and understandable tasks
• Manage capacity and performance planning
• Create guiding principles for technology and tools to ensure relevant tech choices
• Stay up to date with, evaluate and recommend new technologies
• Make sure ongoing infrastructure initiatives are aligned with architecture principles and guidelines
• Translate business and regulatory requirements and needs into architecture
• Facilitate technical workshops and discussions
Delivery
• Ownership of IT Operations project roadmap
• Visualize and communicate the project roadmap
• Budget responsibility for project related investments
• Manage infrastructure related procurement processes and logistics
• Efficiently plan and estimate work and escalate time and competence from IT-Operations teams and other departments
• Collaborate with other Tech-Leads and Architects in the company
