About Group IT
Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.
Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.
Would you like to play an important role in Swedbank 's success? Now we are looking for a creative problem-solver to join our exciting Mainframe platforms team within Infrastructure and Operations (I&O).
Assignment specification
Mainframe Platforms is a Department within Infrastructure and Operations (I&O). Infrastructure and Operations key role is to deliver IT infrastructure and operational services in a flexible, cost-effective, and high-quality manner.
In the Mainframe Platforms department we maintain and develop the z/OS Mainframe-platform. We work with products such as TSO, ISPF, IMS, DB2, Message Broker, MQ, CICS, SA/Netview, Mainview, RACF, ICSF and GDPS. iSeries and HP NonStop are also within the responsibility of the department.
As an Infrastructure Architect for Mainframe, you will:
Work with short and long term infrastructure plans (LCM and other activities) Work with budget and investment plans Participate in HW and SW procurements Prepare and follow up Infrastructure assignments and projects Participate in Architecture Descriptions review group
We are looking for you who have many years of experience as Infrastructure engineer from the z/OS IBM Mainframe environment and at least 3-5 years of experience from architectural work.
You are a caring personality with a positive and dedicated mind-set and you are interested in technology. Furthermore, you are driven and solution oriented and you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
