We're looking for an Infrastructure Tech Lead and Architect
Henrik Hjelm, Director of Infrastructure, is seeking an experienced, hands-on technical lead to drive the strategic direction of our Infrastructure team in Stockholm. If you have a strong foundation in both public and private cloud environments, a passion for automation, and the expertise to architect secure, scalable infrastructures, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do as Infrastructure Tech Lead and Architect Architect, design, and guide the development of secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
Ensure alignment between infrastructure architecture, strategic business goals, and client expectations.
Help define and drive the technical roadmap for infrastructure automation and optimization using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, and containerization.
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring the team's timely and efficient response to operational needs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and process optimization across teams.
Your Expertise A proven track record as an Infrastructure Architect, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role, with significant experience managing complex, scalable, and secure environments.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, using tools such as Terraform and Ansible for automation, and extensive knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and Linux.
A deep understanding of best practices in security, scalability, and cloud-native architectures.
Proficient in modern infrastructure tools like Datadog, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and container orchestration platforms.
You work independently, driving processes with minimal supervision, while also collaborating and lead theteam to achieve collective success.
Qualifications You are senior team member, with a very strong technical acumen and broad knowledge within Infrastructure. You don't need to have previous leader experience, but curious about taking steps towards more leadership roles
Many years of experience in infrastructure architecture with a deep technical background in Linux, cloud environments, and automation technologies.
A passion for automating infrastructure processes and a desire to work with complex, scalable solutions.
Experienced in leading technical project/technical project management
Due to customer requirements you need to be unhindered in Swedish (written and spoken) as well a proficient in English.
