Verisure Innovation is looking for an Infrastructure & Cloud Manager for an in-house team within our Technology organization, leading a team of specialists managing the foundation for our services to customers and employees and an important member of our technical transformation.
About the job
As the Infrastructure & Cloud Manager at our Innovation Centre in Malmö, you will lead a team responsible for our operations across the northern countries. You will drive innovation and ensure the seamless management of our infrastructure and cloud solutions in this region. You will work closely with both your management team and the Network team on development and enhancement projects, security, and maintenance and operations of your domain.
You will play a key role in both people development and technical leadership, it's a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone passionate about growing their team while staying close to the technology. You'll work alongside your team to drive innovation and ensure smooth operations across various technical projects.
Other fun stuff that you'll be up to:
* Lead a team of in-house specialists with a focus on availability and security
* Support the group with prioritisation and resource planning daily
* Coach, develop and encourage team members
* Work with competence development and recruitment
* Supplier contracts
About you
To enjoy and succeed in this role, we believe you need to love technology and enjoy leading teams. Besides bringing a positive attitude and being a true team player, we believe that you are a skilled negotiator and lead by example. You inspire, empower and challenge employees to develop themselves and provide career development planning and opportunities. By providing strategic direction as well as tactical goals for the area you secure solutions and roadmaps to accelerate the department's capabilities.
Also, great if you have:
* Experience with infrastructure storage. Both on-premises and cloud-based solutions
* Project Management skills
* Academic education in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
* Preferably skills around cloud transformation
* Fluent in spoken and written English
