Responsibilities and tasks
- Supporting the Test Managers in achieving their strategic goals for the Test Team by providing technical support to the Managers and the teams
- Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team
- Monitor the effectiveness of the testing function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC
- Identify what test tools are needed and how to introduce these in the organization
- Design and develop test automation framework, harnesses and code libraries to enable the team to both use and enhance them across successive projects
- Provide technical know-how, documentation and training to test team
Requirements:
- B.
Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.
- 10 years' experience in automotive & infotainment embedded systems development
- Relevant experience of the infotainment system
- Relevant experience in test management and setting up test organization
- High communication skill and high collaborations ability
- Ability to drive, motivate and convince
- Advantageously: Certified ISTQB expert level
