• Build strong relationship, members who are stakeholders in the Infotainment system, as well as the technical team developing the system
• Lead, motivate and drive team members to identify, understand, communicate, and drive closure of all Infotainment SW project development and production phase issues
• Contribute to working processes to continuously improve the development to project delivery flow
Requirements:
• M.Sc. Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in automotive development, SW development and Tier-1 or OEM project management
• Experience of working in both traditional project management and project deliveries from an agile SW development context
• Experience preferably related to Infotainment Systems (incl. familiarity with Infotainment components, hardware, software, and functions)
Personal attributes:
• Strong communicator with proven leadership and relationship results across cultures, preferably proven experience with Multi culture
• Extremely results oriented, able to manage many complex issues at the same time and at the same time being an able team worker
• High ability to positively influence others
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• Extremely patient, able to handle extreme stress
We are looking for Project Managers for Sweden and Finland. Person should have more than 10 years of experience
