Your Challenge
First and foremost, you 'll participate in strategic, tactical, and operational work such as developing strategies, principles and policies, act security expert in projects, implementing information classifications, perform risk analysis, and educate with the purpose of raising security awareness. You will also:
* Work proactive with threats and risks within the information security domain.
* Maintain our Information Security Management System.
* Influence and contribute to the development of a secure management of information and risks within the organisation.
* Review proposed business changes and new solutions based on TMHE framework and contribute with knowledge to secure them.
* Participate in process work within areas such as procurement and personal data management.
* Last but not least - Based on your experience and interest we will tailor your role in our team!
The Team and Workplace
You 'll join the growing Information Security team within the Information Systems and Information Technology domain and contribute to various parts of the organization. About You
To be successful in the role, you have relevant higher education and/or prior experience in information security, compliance, and policy development. Certifications such as CISSM, CISSP, or similar are highly beneficial, along with experience in hybrid or cloud-based environment in a large organization. Knowledge of security standards like ISO27001 is an advantage. Personal qualities like the ability to quickly grasp the big picture, enjoy teamwork, be attentive, curious, and comfortable in leadership roles are crucial. You also have the ability guide in your area of expertise. Fluent English language skills are essential.
