Information Security Officer Sweden & Finland
The Information Security Officer for Sweden and Finland (ISO SE & FI) is responsible for the implementation and execution of the Business Proximity Key Functions within Siemens Regional Company SE & FI (incl. assigned countries Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia) in full alignment with the Global Information Security Strategy.
What are my responsibilities?
Establishing and maintaining key business and IT relationships, collaborations and partnerships with special focus on identification and protection of critical assets, exception management, incident management
Manage the implementation of the risk-based approach to protecting information assets, risk management, and awareness campaigns including trainings in the area of Information Security.
Collaborate with local/regional IT management to ensure compliance controls and measures are implemented, managed, controlled and reported
Drive capability and innovation for existing and new ISEC topics
Support the identification of ISEC demands of business units and local/regional IT business partners
Ensure identification, collection of local/country ISEC demands of country business partners and country / regional IT business partners
Collaborate with other ISEC colleagues to ensure global / regional execution and coverage of all ISEC Key Function
Monitor, manage and report Country ISEC performance targets for area of responsibility, aligned with regional and overall ISEC performance metrics.
Collaboration with local production site / plant management regarding product security and relation/ integration with Information Security.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Academic degree and previous experience in information security, information technology or related field
Technical knowledge of information technology and security issues
Excellent business communication skills
Proactive, accurate and aware of the importance of respecting the deadlines
Experience in an international, multicultural working environment a plus
Team-oriented experience a plus
CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent certification a plus
Proficient in English
