hela Sverige Information Security Manager, Tieto CIO OfficeWe are looking for an Information Security Manager to Tieto's CIO Office. You will be responsible for managing and improving security for IT-services used on a daily level by up to 15.000 employees. Your contribution will be vital to manage Tieto business risks and protect Tieto from different kind of security threats and vulnerabilities.What we've got for you We offer you the chance to make a difference. We offer you an inspiring position with great opportunities for professional growth.We offer the following responsibilities as part of your daily work:Develop and implement CIO Security vision in close collaboration with different business units and corporate functionsProactively manage and reduce CIO Security-related risksPerform security audits and assessments to ensure that project portfolio and operations are compliant with security guidelines and best-practicesRepresent CIO Security in other Tieto security forums to enable collaboration and information sharing. This includes working closely together with other Security Managers and specialists within the companyTake part of best-practices and solutions from external partners and suppliersWho you are To enjoy yourself within Tieto and the CIO-team:You have good communication skills combined with strong security competence which enables you to easily share ideas, discuss and get acceptance from different kind of stakeholders with shifting exposure and skills on security You are a good team player that enjoys collaborating, sharing information and understand the value of anchoring ideas and solutions before moving to decisionsYou are proactive, self-motivated and have the confidence to drive security improvements and changes before problems ariseYou are willing to challenge existing ways of working based on your own experience and best-practices within the security domainYou understand the value of trust and delivers on your promisesWhat you need to win the game Experience in working with enterprise information security including cloud-based servicesExperience with security technologies (e.g. IAM, endpoint security, threat & vulnerability management)Experience in the creation of security policies and practices as well as communicating them effectivelyFluent written and oral communication skills in EnglishAt least a Bachelor's degree in a suitable domainSecurity certifications to support and match your expertise are a plus but not mandatory
