You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Information Security and Data Privacy. Next to that you have demonstrable experience in implementing Security by Design, demonstrating a working knowledge of which security controls can mitigate certain risks. You have strong knowledge in industry standards, such as ISO27001, NIST, etc. Being an Information Security Leader at IKEA also means that you have strong communication skills and have proven to lead by example. You have to be able to convey the message to the wide spectrum of management and co-workers.
You have the knowledge in following areas:
• Excellent knowledge of implementing and supporting Security and Privacy by Design
• Expert knowledge of IT Security controls and industry best practices in IT security
• Good knowledge of how to do efficient, holistic Information Security and Information Risk management for the business and for global/local products
• Good knowledge of performing complex risk assessments, and supporting risk mitigation planning and follow up
• Good knowledge of possible Information Risks for the Ingka Group, its co-workers, customers, business partners and suppliers
• Good knowledge in Data Privacy principles and the Ingka Data Privacy steering documents
• Good knowledge of IT processes, global/local business solutions and IT infrastructure

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are a valued business partner, anchoring Information Security and Data Privacy with the management of your area of responsibility, providing expert knowledge to all co-workers and driving the implementation of the Information Security steering documents, initiatives and goals.
You will:
• Lead and drive the change within your area of responsibility supported by implementing the Group IS/DP (Information Security and Data Privacy) direction and goals
• Be an integrated business partner by establishing a close connection to the relevant management teams to secure our contribution to the business
• Secure the necessary Information Security, Data Privacy and Information Risk information is available for decision making and it is known which critical information assets are adequately protected and which are not
• Periodically report on the status of the Information Security Management System implementation and the Information risks within your organizational area(s) of responsibility, including the current threat landscape, trends, KPIs and incidents to relevant stakeholders
• Provide hands on Information Security Subject Matter Expertise to your area of responsibility
• Provide your area(s) of responsibility with IS/DP incident management support
• Co-ordinate all IS/DP assessments and support stakeholders with the interpretation, risk mitigation and follow up of the results
• Implement all relevant awareness and learning solutions for your area of responsibility and periodically report on the status
• Continuously challenge and look for improvements in the ways of working and how we lead and steer the business ensuring we add value to our area(s) of responsibility Keep up-to-date on current and emerging trends, tools, methodology and leadership capabilities to further develop and align the area of Information Security
