You have a desire to safeguard the IKEA brand and the integrity of our co-workers. You've probably been working in the fields of cybersecurity and privacy for the last couple of years. As a person you like working in an agile, entrepreneurial environment.

You will bring solid knowledge of Information Security, IT, IT Risk and Privacy frameworks. People turn to you for advice of how to embed and manage information, IT and privacy risk in the digital transformation journey. You are a key business partner, securing the 'Security and Privacy by Design' concept and integrating the function into business processes and the Vendor/Supplier Management. You lead by example and value clarity and communication. We believe that you have a solid transformational leadership experience, preferably from a flexible and dynamic environment.

We need a business-oriented Information Security and Data Privacy manager to join our amazing team! With your broad knowledge, clear leadership you will be a big contributor to to the protection and strengthening of the IKEA Brand and trademark and support with frameworks, best practices and communities of practice! Are you looking for the challenge of your life? Come on board!
In this role you will be a part of a network of expertise and lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer and a protected IKEA Brand. Together you will define and implement the relevant technical and organisational measures to address identified risks and develop Inter IKEA Group frameworks, standards and best practices for information security and data privacy. You will lead the information security and data privacy capability at Core business range through a wide collaboration network across IKEA and bring, lead and empower talents in your own area by securing a competent and high performing team. You will foster information security awareness both by initiate and facilitate activities and by performing security, risk and privacy assessments. You are not expected to do all the execution, but in this role you will ensure IT controls activities and establish a process for investigating and act on security incidents and privacy breaches.
In this role you will report to our Digital Manager at IKEA of Sweden AB and work closely with the Information Security Manager at Inter IKEA Group to lead towards uniformity and commonality and translate and implement Inter IKEA Information Security & Data Privacy program to the needs of Core business range.
