hela Sverige On behalf of our client we are now looking for a person with experience in SQL and Microsoft Access. It is crucial that you are interested in signal detection and analysis.
Job description:
• Responsible for internal support regarding:
• Extracting data from databases
• Report Processing and updates
• Reporting Services
• Maintain and develop existing internal Analysis Team databases/tools
• Handle incoming inquiries from external paying and non-paying customers
• Perform searches in VigiBase using the VigiSearch/VigiLyze tool and SQL queries
• Maintain and develop SQL scripts for information retrieval.
• Maintain a log of all search requests
• Produce figures and tables for internal reports and scientific papers
• Maintain information retrieval SOPs
• As required, participate in other activities of the section, possibly including analysis of VigiBase data, signal review and country support activities
Your experience and skills:
We expect you to be flexible and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks. The competences we need are:
• Well-experienced in SQL
• Well-experienced in Microsoft Access
• Qualification/interest in technical developments
• Previous experience in working with databases (relation database)
• Previous experience in Microsoft software systems; Reporting Services or Crystal Reports
• Qualification in a healthcare or related discipline (e.g., pharmacy, medicine, nursing, pharmacology) is desirable
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminologies is desirable
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and independent worker
• Good communications skills
