We are looking for a cooperative professional with high integrity and a consultative approach. Someone who is solution oriented and enjoys solving problems in a global team, in cooperation. Preferably you have experience working in global enterprises.
As IT Security mgr within Volvo Trucks you establish and maintains the enterprise cyber security vision, strategy, processes and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. In cooperation with the Volvo Group Cyber security team you identify, develop and maintains processes across the enterprise to reduce information and IT risks. You will be responsible for overseeing information security, cybersecurity and IT risk management programs based on industry-accepted information security, Volvo Group Cyber security directive and risk management frameworks. This means supporting both business and Solution teams with risk assessments, cyber security assessments and approves completion of the same by the solution team. In your role you have tight collaboration with business leaders, EA, Information mgmt., DPR Office and Volvo Group Cyber security team.

Volvo Trucks Digital & IT is a global function, and is responsible for our Digital/IT strategy, and IT End to End within Volvo Trucks. Our aim is to align process and target architecture of information/IT to business strategies and goals.
Main Responsibilities and Activities
Business change mgmt. and training with the goal to proactively strengthen awareness cyber security for Volvo Trucks employees and partners
Subject matter expert for cybersecurity in both onboard and off-board vehicle experience related to the automotive context
Establishment and implementation of policies and procedures.
Supporting the organization, DigIT and business to apply Cyber security controls
Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems
Promote Information Security best practices and represent Information Security on all levels within Volvo Trucks
Lead and contribute to committees across Volvo Group, scoping incidents, information security, cyber, cloud technologies and vendors, governance, risk committees, compliance risk reporting and continuity management.
Lead cyber security networks within Volvo Trucks
Promote cyber security training and awareness programs
Involved in the target architecture and roadmap work to ensure a holistic approach to cybersecurity across the company and the extended enterprise
Required Knowledge and Experience
Have familiarity with information security management frameworks, maturity models, standards, practices and privacy regulations.
Excellent skills in ISO security standards like ISO2700x
Excellent capability to interact with Solution teams and management
Excellent knowledge in IT Infrastructure
Good understanding of related processes and solutions, methods and tools.
Good knowledge and experience in communication and change management.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM or equal
