Are you a self-driven and ambitious person with a business mindset? iDeal of Sweden is looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Leader who wants to lead one of the Specialists teams, working with macro-influencer. You will be responsible for coaching the team (up to 8 people) in their daily work, making sure the sales targets are reached and constantly improved by creating and establishing relationships with macro-influencers.
You are structured, driven and use to work under pressure. You have experience in both leadership and sales. The most important quality is your mindset and willingness to always finding new ways to lead the team to success.
Responsibilities
• Support and lead the team to reach their goals by follow-ups, evaluation, discussion and coaching
• Work hands-on together with the team in the operative work with sales-driven activities for mac-influencers
• Recruitments for your department
• Monthly & quarterly meetings with your team
• Involved in strategies and analysis to constantly develop and improve results
Requirements
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English
• Experience in leadership and sales/marketing
• Structured
• Like to work under pressure and a fast-changing environment
