hela Sverige As an Influencer Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for scouting, maintaining and building relationships with social media personalities, managements and talent agencies all over the world. In the role you will help spreading our brand message through influencer promotions, driving traffic and generating sales to help expand our brand awareness and to connect with the buyer persona of NA-KD. You will be representing our brand and company values in the daily communication with external partners along with our common goal to constantly continue to discover trends and to keep up with the upcoming movements in the industry.

Your Future
• Maintaining existing bookings, discuss upcoming campaigns, deals and set-ups
• Scouting, contacting and booking new profiles along with the representative criterias
• Continuously monitor, evaluating and analyzing results and performance to identify possible improvements for your campaigns
• Negotiate, implement and launch social media collaborations and campaigns on a monthly basis
• Together with the team develop and execute of the global influencer marketing strategy
• Confirming and approving that the content created by the partners is in line with the quality standard we require
• Working along with our company values, initiatives and key areas and applying our actions for diversity, equality and sustainability in the daily work
• Providing the influencers with collaboration brief and posting guidelines
• Actively participating and taking part in meetings to share knowledge with the team
Your Past & Your Skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Meritorious with other language skills but not mandatory
• Post secondary education within digital marketing, sales or similar
• Desire to maintain and build new relationships
• Genuine interest in social media, marketing, e-commerce and sales
• Eager to learn and are not afraid to think outside of the box to solve problems
• Organized and proactive
• Analytical skills, passion for sales, numbers, conversions and evaluation of performance
• Motivational driven by working towards KPIs, goals, targets and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Independent team player, curious and energetic with excellent working discipline
• Customer oriented and good communication skills to keep up the collaboration with already existing partners
