Job Description

To sustain our growth plans, we are looking for an influencer- and partnerships marketing specialist to strengthen our Consumer Engagement team. The role sits in our Brand & Marketing Organization, your main responsibilities will be developing and executing influencer/partnership marketing strategy across all brand & marketing efforts, social content, and gifting. You will strategically lead our growing influencer/partnership efforts and help optimize and scale our existing programs. The role includes setting and driving the vision for strong brand partnerships aligned with Monki's purpose, creating co-branded strategies, and developing year-long term plans to support the partnerships
You will work closely with different internal teams such as the in-house creative team, PR and affiliate team, etc.
Oversee the management of vendors and SOWs efficiently to stick to budget guidelines
In collaboration with the affiliate & PR team, manage influencer selection and negotiations
Leverage data from various channel owners on category performance, sales, and previous campaign results to identify the most effective marketing activation and support tactics around partnerships
Develop and ideate unique, engaging story angles to develop innovative custom content that breaks through the social clutter and support the reach of Monki.
Analyze data trends of partnership performance and measure the success of brand partnership marketing activities. Define KPIs and implement systems for measuring success

To be successful in this role you have knowledge of best practices, tech platforms, tools, and processes for influencer marketing. Deep understanding of integrating influencer work across teams (paid, earned, owned, creative, etc.) You believe in relationships and networking and use that to build strong connections to Monki. As a person, you are detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize. You must be comfortable in operations in a fast-paced environment as well as need to be a self-starter, self-motivated, and capable to build relationships across teams. You have excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills and you are result-oriented in setting ambitious goals, KPIs and seeing them through. In addition, you have excellent time management and crisis management skills.
We would love to meet someone who:
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience (partnerships, influencer marketing, PR), or related business experience with a proven track record of success
You have experience negotiating with outside talent and creative agencies, including the briefing process, negotiating contracts, and determining distribution plans for the content created
Proven track record to work with talent/partners and manage teams to create strategic and creative influencer campaigns that deliver on KPIs and drive ROI
Must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Similar experience in a global role is a plus, but strong experience in European markets is a must.
Experience in consumer retail, fashion or e-commerce companies preferred
Additional Information
You will be leading a team, part of the Brand & Marketing Mid Management team and reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing.
