hela Sverige We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our new Influencer Marketing team at Once Upon. The team, which is part of our Marketing area, is now looking for its fourth member! You will be responsible for telling the Once Upon story through the power of influencers, and in collaboration with your team lay the foundation for the company's overall approach to influencer marketing.
About the role
A key objective in this role is to take advantage of the potential to scale up our influencer marketing. The role will need skills and experience in influencer marketing and social media, as well as sales and negotiation. You will work closely together as a team, but still work independently and choose your own way of structuring your tasks. Since you will be joining the team at an early stage, your experience and insights will have a great impact on the development of influencer marketing strategies at Once Upon.
What you'll do:
- Scout and communicate with influencers world-wide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to generate accurate and positive content that strengthens our brand.
- Create collaborations with influencers and project lead campaigns. Actively boost and increase conversion rate.
- Continuously remain up to speed on the latest news in the entertainment, technology, social media and influencers sphere.
- Ensure that our influencer marketing corresponds to our values and contributes to building our brand stronger.
- Work in close coordination with our Communications & Growth team.
Your background
- 2+ years of work experience in digital marketing, advertising, project management or social media.
- You have most likely worked at an ad agency, in a marketing team or at a tech start-up.
- Excellent in English and Swedish (written and spoken). Knowledge in other European languages is a plus.
- Previous experience from international environments or collaborations is a plus.
