hela Sverige Jefferson Wells is looking for an Industrialization Project Manager to our customer in Borås, you will work at a larger manufacturing unit in Borås which is part of a large international Automotive Company.
The assignment starts in May 2023 and you will be employed by Jefferson Wells and work as a consultant to May 2024.
Who are your new colleagues?
Project Office is a team within the engineering department at our costumer located in the Borås plant. We are leading and coordinating the operations part Chassis Product Projects and CKD projects in all concerned plants. In the team we are also responsible for chassis CA and process development projects.
We are a diverse team of 14 people who supports each other, share our knowledge, and have fun at work.
What will you do?
The Project manager for Operations Chassis is responsible for leading and coordinating operations deliveries and activities in product projects and CKD projects.
As the Project manager you will have a central role in the Borås plant to ensure that product changes and targets are set to support our production strategy, always knowing where the plant is heading from an end-2-end perspective.
You will also have a central role and leading when we are starting up new KD markets and when they are introducing new products and PMR:s.
The Project manager is a link between Market, GBT and operations. Some project concerns other plants than Borås plant.
Who are you?
You are a team player with excellent communication skills. Since you will lead different project teams, you need to have a leadership experience. We expect you to have a strong supporting side, problem solving skills and an understanding for our products. You are a positive person who display a driving force and a structured way of working and sees challenges as an opportunity.
Personal qualifications and skills:
* B.Sc. /M. Sc. Or equivalent experience
* Having leadership/ project management experience
* Experience from automotive industry, preferably VBC product knowledge
* High communication and presentation skills are essential
* Experience of VBC industrial set-up is a merit.
* Good leading and communication skills, and have a structured way of working
* Ability to take own responsibility and independently lead tasks
* Good documentation skills
* Experience from working in a Global organization
