This is the job today - but who knows what tomorrow brings? Oatly is still growing and transforming, so being comfortable with continuous change will really help you grow in the role.
Does this sound like you?
Here's the kind of experience, qualities, and approach that we're looking for in the role:

It's a huge bonus if you have experience from Food/Pharma or other regulated industries!

Very good holistic view when it comes to understanding strategies and priorities in different parts of the organization and how these interconnects and affect each other
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Structured with demonstrated knowledge of how to measure success in quantitative as well as qualitative terms.
Self-motivated and willing to take initiatives to secure success.
Natural approach to stakeholder engagement, supporting and coaching in leading the way forward, gaining trust and providing clarity in cross-functional organizations
