Your role
As Industrialisation Manager, you will lead a team consisting of an Industrialisation engineering and a Production engineering section.
The Industrialisation influence the design with regards to produceability, cost and quality. Responsible for the production capability with regards to layout, tools and equipment and make sure this is in place for serial production. Drive improvement of the flow in production, innovation and automation when applicable.
Production Engineering supports the production lines with problem solving and improvement for the secure a smooth production flow. Maintain test equipment, machinery and ESD adherence is also part of the responsibility.Total number of employees within the department are 30 and as this is a small unit, you are also expected to drive strategic areas besides your manager role.
Your daily work requires excellent communication skills, since you will be facing a wide range of internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be your managers and colleagues within sourcing and production, but you will also work closely with Surveillance Business Unit Electronic Warfare, Business Unit C2S (Combat Systems and C4I Solutions) and IPS Business Unit Avionics.
You will be a member of the management team for Sourcing and Production Järfälla. Other functions in this team are Projects & Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and Sourcing & Supply.

Your skills and experience

We believe that you have:* Master of Science or adequate educational or working experience* Minimum five years of experience from Industrialisation, Design, Production Engineering and/or Manufacturing (low or high volume)* Proven ability and interest in leading (leading leaders), developing and challenging the organisation, management teams and employees* Skills to combine strategic thinking with operational actions* Strong business understanding and customer focus* Skilled in communications* Excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to participate in a background investigation and/or successfully demonstrate eligibility to receive applicable Government security clearance.
