What we expect from you
Sales Manager Industrial Service will lead Country Salespeople and direct all Industrial Service activities that occur in the relevant market. The Sales Manager is the primary driver of all sales related matters in Sweden.
Key responsibilities:
• Establish, follow up and act on set KPIs and goals, according to business plan.
• Visualize the targets and goals into a compelling customer and sales story.
• Support employees to work according to agreed ways in order to enable that desired goals are met
• Lead Sales Team, Identify and develop team members' skills and competences
• Follow actively relevant sales activities, sales development, customer satisfaction,
• Sales performance & Funnel Management including data accuracy, funnel quantity by sales stage and service product.
• Provide accurate short, medium, long term orders forecasts
• Drive Customer Segmentation and relevant account management.
• Situational pricing overview and coaching especially on large cases in conjunction with Win Planning.
• Plan, Action and be responsible for All sales related KPI Improvements.

What should you bring?
You will need to be a highly motivated, energetic self-starter with a strong business acumen who loves to create winning teams and are passionate about customer relationships. To be successful in this role we think you need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both ups and downs, be able to lead change and work closely together with our operational team. You also need to have a strong sales orientation, good knowledge in contractual and commercial law and situational pricing. Previous experience from sales management in service/aftermarket business is an advantage.
