hela Sverige The Senior Network Security Engineer is a key member of the Cyber Security Team and works closely with other teams to ensure that all applications and systems are built, maintained and protected in accordance with policies, standards, and compliance requirements so that the risk is managed appropriately. The candidate will assist with developing and implementing appropriate network security solutions globally.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Network Security Systems Design (detailed and final design with documentation)
Stay up to date with industry standards and latest on network security vulnerabilities and countermeasure.
Devise network security procedures, frameworks and guidelines for the whole company.
Evaluation and assessment of network and product security for internal and external customers.
Product development for next generation communications systems.
Support strategic sourcing for Communications Equipment Vendor evaluation.
Bachelors or Master's in Engineering or other related degree.
5 years experience but entry level candidature are also considered.
Experience in Industrial cyber security field is appreciated.
Fluent in English and preferably in Swedish too.
Superior verbal/written communications skills for effective interfacing with non-specialist. technical team members.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge about wired and wireless architectures and protocols at solution level.
Good working knowledge of Ethernet, Industrial Ethernet, Routers, Firewalls.
Good working knowledge of current Wireless and Wired Enterprise Security guidelines and practices.
Understanding of present day vulnerabilities in modern networks.
Must have a good understanding of the following security domains: Audit and Monitoring, Risk Response & Recovery, Cryptography, Data Communications, Computer Operations Security, Telecommunications & Network Security, Security Architecture & Models.
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST and preferably IEC 63443.
