JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Industrial Lead you will be part of theProduction Preparation group that is involved in every step of a products lifetime at Axis. In your role you will plan all industrialization activities early in the projects and coordinate them with the project manager.Your work will also include:
• Be responsible that the industrialization part of the project plan is on track and that deliveries are according to plan
• Contribute to detect quality-, sourcing- and production risks. Own and illustrate the industrialization risks to the project managers
• Participate during reviews of new products and project documents
• Participate during the transfer of projects from the project organization to Operations to secure that project deliveries are met
• Plan and drive all important activities that affect Operations, e.g. Product transfer or Product maintenance projects
The position requires approximately 50 days of travelling a year.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We believe you have a technical university degree in industrial economics or similar and good communication skills in English. You have experience of production and supply as well as project management.
As a person you're structured with good collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneous. You also have high quality focus in everything you do.

THE TEAM
The Production Preparation group is involved in all stages of a products lifetime e.g. Industrialization project management, production test development, design for manufacturing and product data management in PDM and ERP system. The main collaboration is with R&D, EMS's, the configuration & logistic centers and the quality department.
