About the Role
You will step into an R&D environment where next-generation automation and industrial products are shaped from idea to production-ready solution. Here, industrial design is a central part of product development, with equal focus on functionality, aesthetics, usability, and user experience.
In this role, you will help turn complex technical needs into clear, well-designed products. You will contribute your own ideas, explore new concepts, and work closely with engineering and product development teams in an international setting. It is a great opportunity if you enjoy combining creativity with technical depth in a context where your design work has a clear impact on future products.
Job DescriptionYou will develop industrial design concepts for advanced technology products and solutions.
You will create and refine 3D models from early concept work through more mature design stages.
You will produce product visualizations and presentations that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
You will contribute design solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, manufacturability, and user experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, and product development.
You will support the productization process and help transform concepts into solutions suitable for production.
You will identify design challenges independently and contribute practical, innovative ways forward.
You will stay up to date with methods, tools, and trends within industrial design and relevant technology areas.
RequirementsMaster's degree in Industrial Design.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Industrial Designer.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks.
Strong proficiency in KeyShot.
A strong portfolio demonstrating industrial design expertise, including concept development, 3D modelling, visualization, and product design.
Experience working in product development and/or R&D environments.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
