As part of the new SCO Industrial Base Performance organisation you will join an interesting journey contributing to a stronger integration and collaboration between development and Packaging Material production.
Our mission in Supply Chain Operations Industrial Base (SCO IBP) is to continuously develop our Industrial Base, strengthening the capability and global footprint while securing our position as lowest cost producer. This includes developing and deploying solutions to lift quality, reliability, flexibility and productivity for the converting equipment.
The Operational Technology Security team is mainly responsible for maintaining the OT-Security on the installed base of converting machine. Solving problems and be in the front of new solutions within area to keep right security level.
The position will be based in Lund and will require travelling up to 10% of the time.
Main responsibilities
• Coordinating all OT Security changes and making sure that the technical solutions and processes are aligned and updated accordingly.
• Change and release coordinator in CAB (Change Advisory Board) forum:
Lead the change from request to implementation, involving SCO IBP, Global IM, Pilot plant and Factories.
Coordinate testing and resources for verification and validation of OT Security solution changes to secure no performance impact on OT-Systems.
Communication to factories and follow-up to secure implementation of changes.
• Responsible for OT Security documentation technical content.
• Responsible for OT Security processes and service integration, coordination from start to end.
• Cooperate with Global IM Security for OT Security training material, OT Security awareness & communication.
• Drive factory OT Security Super User forum
Qualifications
• University Degree in Engineering, preferably Automation
• 5+ years automation and production working experience
• 1-2 years OT Security (Industrial security) working experience
• Technical project management experience
• Basic understanding of IT networks (SCADA system) and computer software configuration, system hardening, industrial network segmentation, client security controls
• Excellent English knowledge, both spoken and written
To be a successful candidate you need to be a structured and systematic person. Detail oriented but also able to see the wider perspective to understand impact of changes on the overall. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as ability to manage multiple stakeholders with different backgrounds.
