What's in it for you?
Manufacturing Engineering team has broad scope to prepare new SW business areas as well as uncovering the unknown test cases. Manufacturing Engineering follows a bottom-up approach, giving individuals a high degree of freedom in what they work on and how. We are seeking for a Indus engineer to work in early stages of new technology in close cooperation with central SW team.
What you 'll do
• Contributing Plant ideas to product development initiatives
• Planning and managing product development stages
• Collaborating with system engineers and software architects
• Reporting product development progress to senior managers
• Ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget
• Overseeing product deployment and integration
Do you fit the profile?
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of experience in SW and car projects, preferably from a plant perspective.
• SW skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of product development.
• Experience in product development planning.
• Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to managers.
• Experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
• Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
• Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
• Communication and interpersonal skills
