Indiska eCommerce has seen strong growth since the launch of the new platform Episerver in February 2020. We are now looking for a driven Digital Sales Manager who is passionate about eCommerce and driving digital growth. As a Digital Sales Manager you will oversee strategy, daily sales and site roadmap to drive growth at a very fast pace. You will take overall responsibility of the site, daily operations, content and development thereof, and report directly to the Head of Marketing and eCommerce.
Indiska is on an intensive expansion and growth journey. As a member of the team, this requires flexibility, entrepreneurial drive, and great problem-solving skills.
About the role
As a Digital Sales Manager your main tasks are:
• Responsible for overall site strategy to reach business objectives
• Responsible for daily operations and optimizations to reach short term sales targets. Continuously analysing current situation according to set KPIs to understand performance and take action
• Conversion rate optimization, including prioritize and conduct rapid A/B testing
• Drive eCommerce related projects and coordinate with other eCommerce related functions such as IT and supply chain
• Lead the expansion of Indiska's own eCommerce to countries outside of the Nordics
• Oversee site development and prioritize sprints, working closely to in-house developers and consultants
• Working closely with marketing team to optimize content and campaigns
About you
• You have a commercial mindset and finds way to drive sales both long and short term
• You are self-propelled, analytical and love problem solving
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and finds new ways of doing things
• Your background is from a combination of eCommerce, marketing, business, and data-driven decision making
• You stay up to speed with latest developments within the field, investigating new technologies that can take us to the next level
• Your commercial and analytical mindset is paired with a strong preference for action
Your experience
• Clear digital expertise, at least 3 years' experience of growing and developing e-commerce
• Minimum B.Sc. degree in relevant area such as ecommerce, marketing, business administration or engineering
• You have extensive experience from working in Google Analytics
• Structured communicator and presenter with focus on actionable insights
• Experience leading, coaching and inspiring team members
