Indiska is on an intensive change journey to take the customer offering and brand to the next level. As a member of the team, this requires flexibility, entrepreneurial drive, and great problem-solving skills.



Indiska has one of Sweden's largest loyalty clubs and is currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take overall responsibility of improving the membership offering and increase loyalty.



As the CRM Manager you will report to the Head of Marketing-and eCommerce Emma Hellstadius.



About the role

As the CRM Manager at Indiska your main tasks are to:



• Lead and plan all CRM related initiatives and strategy.
• Plan CRM sprints, managing the roadmap for rapid A/B testing.
• Analyse and act on customer insights to identify business opportunities and customer needs - experiment and test new strategies.
• Plan, create and roll out communication related to the CRM strategy (both automated and personalized communication).
• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Customer journey mapping in order to identify opportunities across touchpoints.
• Lead and plan email and sms send-outs.
• Product owner of the CRM-system Voyado.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends within CRM and loyalty programs.



About you

• You are self-propelled and has a love for problem-solving.
• You are data driven and have a customer-centric approach.
• You are an analytical thinker who thrives on using a test-and-learn method.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, want to change Indiska's traditional ways of doing things and have the drive to do it.
• You are result-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Your commercial and analytical mindset is paired with a strong preference for action.
• You are a structured communicator and presenter with focus on actionable insights, capable of inspiring strong collaboration with team members.



Your experience

• A minimum of 4 years experience from working with CRM.
• Experience from marketing automation, A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign results.
• Experience from Voyado specifically is a plus.
• Extensive experience from working with Google Analytics, BI and Excel.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English.
