Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian and Pakistani dishes,
including curries, biryanis, tandoori specialties, and more.

Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation,
maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Collaborate with our team to manage inventory, order ingredients, and
maintain a well-organised and efficient kitchen.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee a clean
and a hygienic working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian/Pakistani cook in a restaurant or
similar setting.
In-depth knowledge of Indian and Pakistani culinary traditions,
spices, and cooking techniques.
Passion for creating authentic and flavorful dishes that showcase the
essence of these cuisines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively,
and handle high-volume orders.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other
kitchen staff.
