To manage the overall relationship and opportunity of all indirect TNA's and local indirect accounts (Distributors, Retailers, SAPD's) activity within the Nordics and Baltics, leading the team of one KAM and 6 Account Excecutives . To lead and identify the key strategic direction of the defined Indirect sales-portfolio on a five year horizon. To coach the team and to develop strategy, plan implementation, lead negotiations and deliver agreed performance targets. Manage complex, multi-level, multi-national and multi-functional relationships and negotiations to maximize commercial benefits for BP. Work threw / with centrally located Customer Service and Marketing teams in execution of agreed strategy. Identify strategic and tactical opportunities and execute within boundaries defined by the Nordics/Baltics Sales manager.
Gain comprehensive knowledge of client strategy and client business objectives.
Participate in client core value induction programmes when available
Develop strategy for identified portfolio of transnational / national indirect accounts in the Nordics/Baltics
Complete portfolio plan reflecting the individual objectives, including business growth, trade-up, pack mix, drop sizes, credit targets and personal development
Develop a five year business plan for the dedicated indirect account portfolio,
Develop in-year plan and objectives for each account, prospects and team
Develop the sales in the dedicated geography and sectors, according to the portfolio plan agreed with the Nordic/Baltic Sales Manager, and delivering the results defined in that plan
Actively participate in transnational / local team events and meetings
Maintain the customer database with DMU & buying information for the own portfolio, using the local templates and systems
Monitor losses and gains
Monitor performance vs plan
Ensure coordination of own activities with Sales Operations, Marketing, SC and FC&A
Capability development of team, and ensure that succession plans are in place
University or equivalent high-school degree
Fluently in English
