Avancos Scandinavia AB is now looking for an Independent Search Consultant to join our growing team, ideally based in Sweden, however not a pre-requisite. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international team with consultants sitting in Denmark, the Netherlands, UK and Sweden, and with partner offices in India, US, UK, Spain and Sweden.
Our consultants are "industry experts" focusing on selected verticals and you will build up your own desk of candidates and clients by building trust and fostering long term partnerships. To be successful it is key to be open to continuously learn and develop, be prepared to spend time on networking including making cold calls to clients and candidates, and always focus on adding value to both candidates and clients that we work with.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Several years experience within recruitment/service industry
or sales/line management role
• Experience building and maintaining long term client
relationships
• Proven track record of acquiring new business
• Analytical mindset, preferably university degree
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of German, Swedish,
, Danish or other languages is a plus

succeed.
