Perido is looking for several Incident Technicians that will work in our customers global Service Desk. The customer is a Swedish international retail company with its presence all over Europe, where English language skills is a necessity. We are looking for persons to their office in Stockholm as well as in Dalarna.

In this role you will work according to the incident management process, solving and coordinating incidents and service requests. It's important that you are a socially skilled individual who has excellent abilities in handling and interacting with customers within and outside the organization. Furthermore you will work with tasks such as:

• Answering IT service related phone calls and emails
• Manages tickets in the service manager system to assist end-user by resolving issues
• Manages service requests such as orders and questions concerning PCs, phones and IT equipment
• Logs, classifies and diagnoses incidents /service requests
• Escalates incidents requests when unable to solve them oneself or when time limits are reached
• Establishes and documents work-arounds /solutions or FAQs
• Implements standard changes

We are looking for a person that is customer-oriented and socially skilled and have a high interest and knowledge in IT and technology trends. Required qualifications

• Education in IT from high school or university
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 Client OS and Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and either Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Mandarin or German

Meritorious

• Knowledge in Network TCP/IP
• Knowledge in relevant ITIL and agile processes

Contract type and hours

Full time, permanent position. Start as soon as possible.
