At Dustin, you'll have the opportunity to lead and develop Incident & Change Management in an environment where technology and collaboration are at the core. This is a visible and central role for someone who wants to influence, drive change, and create the IT processes of the future together with dedicated colleagues. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Incident & Change Manager at Dustin, you will play a key role in standardizing and developing processes according to ITIL, focusing on both internal needs and customer requirements. You will lead the coordination and resolution of major incidents, ensure clear communication with stakeholders, and drive successful changes through strategic planning and engagement. The role involves owning and developing the Incident and Change Management processes, analyzing trends and root causes, and collaborating with technical teams, service owners, and partners to ensure high quality in planning and execution.
You will work operationally, and indirect leadership is central - you will drive change, provide training, and follow up with teams without direct personnel responsibility.
YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone with experience from larger organizations and a solid background in ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management). You have previously built, implemented, or had operational responsibility for these processes and are used to handling major incidents and communicating with senior management. You possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, are experienced in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, and have hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
It is an advantage if you have experience with automation or orchestration tools, DevOps/agile delivery models, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), compliance and audits in IT environments, as well as vendor or partner coordination. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a plus if the role is based in Sweden.
