Presentation

We are looking for 2 Incident Managers (IM) who wants to work with Incident Management at one of the biggest fashion companies. The assignment will start in the beginning of June and will run until December

The IM will work in a team that handles, coordinates and follows-up on prioritized Incidents in a global environment. The IM will communicate with internal groups as well as with external vendors. The IM likes to be a part of the action and thrives with the challenges of coordinating resolver-groups, ensuring the information flow to concerned parties such as leaders, system responsible and vendors.

The IM will have a large part in helping out in choosing the correct solutions in situations where minutes, if not seconds, count.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

• At least 1-2 years previous experience as an Incident Manager
• ITIL v.3 certified
• Knowledge and experience of large, global organizations
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Leadership experience
