Multimind is looking for two skilled Incident Management Agents for a global telecom company. You will be working at the headquarter in Stockholm. Our client has an ongoing project and you will start by working as a consultant for MultiMind. For the right person there is a good possibility for getting a permanent position at our client after 6 months.
As an Incident Management Agent you will be working at the service desk department with high-end technical support within the supply chain organization. You will be in contact with departments and factories all around the world. You will handle technical issues of complex nature and solve the problems that occur. You will work with, follow up and find solutions for small and big incident cases.
You have recently completed your university education within engineering, logistics, IT or business administration. It is meritorious if you have experience from working with orders, back office, logistics or supply chain. Preferably you have also worked with SAP or other integrated business system at a global company. You are fluent in English and have very good knowledge in Swedish.
You are service minded, like to find solutions to technical issues and enjoy working in an international environment. You are ambitious, result orientated and driven by challenges. For the right person are there good opportunities to develop within the organization.
