OUR TEAM
We are a team within Axis Research & Development organization that is overall responsible for managing Axis Common Firmware Platform and upgrading Axis' product portfolio with new firmware. Our team works close together with the software and product development to ensure that Axis' product portfolio is up to date and meet our customers' requirements.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an Incident Coordinator you will work in our Common Firmware Program with focus on administrate and follow up bug reports.
Administrate and participate in bug reports triage and prioritization
Participate in analyzing customer impact of a problem
Follow up the progress of the bug reports and escalate risks for missing deadlines
Give support related to bug reports to the teams included in the program
Collect data related to our bug reports, analyze and visualize statistics
Participate in our transformation to DevOps and other improvement activities
Order tools and infrastructure improvements from other teams connected to bug reports workflow
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you are structured person, with high communication skills and work well together with others. It is important that you have a genuine interest in Axis products and want to contribute to creating products meeting our customers quality expectations.
Suitable background for the position:
Master's degree in engineering or similar
Knowledge of error handling methodologies
Knowledge of Jira, Git, and Gerrit
Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Knowledge of Linux on system level
