We are seeking for an outstanding Inbound Sales Representative with a creative, communicative and proactive mindset, you will be responsible of handling inbound sales and managing those clients on a day to day basis.
You will work closely together with our marketing, sales and technology team, bringing necessary and creative elements in that convert visitors into leads, and leads into customers. This full time position will report to the Director of Sales and is based In Stockholm Sweden.
Job Description:
• Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the client's needs
• Coordinate with the clients and provide the required information by resolving queries. This task is performed by following standards of Hem and maintaining premium quality of services
• Address all complaints of customers and supervise projects to make sure that they are resolved in time and within the given guidelines
• Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services and goods. Prepare bills and make repairs if required
• Keep a track of the potential customers and follow up of all outbound calls
• Ensure premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call
• Maintain and ensure that the clients are followed up thoroughly and that all accounts are kept up to date with new product developments
• At least 1 year work experience within e-commerce, customer service, retail and/or a creative industry is required
• Experience at a Design/high-end brand is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Other language skills are highly meriting, especially German and Swedish - Self-starting, reliable, independent, and flexible
• Good team player
• Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook - Service-oriented with a good understanding of customer needs
• You are a "doer" and don't mind getting your hands dirty in a highly entrepreneurial environment
