Your mission
As a procurer you are responsible for Purchasing and Planning of spare parts from suppliers around the world, including contact with customer centers worldwide. The main tasks are the acquisition of spare parts through continuous orders and contacts with suppliers. It also includes planning and distribution of DO-orders from other DC's and kits that are picked and packed internally within our DC. You work daily in the business system M3 as well as the forecast and planning tool GIM and our internal communication tool ACIGN. You are also experienced coordinator and thrive in a problem-solving and like working with continuous improvements.

Location is in i Örebro, Sverige.

Your profile
You need to work with different tools in an IT environment as business system M3, forecast and planning tool GIM and internal communication tool ACIGN, Excel and PowerBI reports. You have good knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. German is beneficial.
For this role you need to be careful, organized and be able to prioritize effectively in your planning. You are easy to make contacts and communicate with other people both verbally and in writing, both internally and externally. You need to enjoy problem-solving and like working with continuous improvements.
