We are building a modern, friendly, and diverse product-first tech company based in Stockholm and now, we are looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As an Inbound Marketing Manager, you will work with our existing customers to ensure retention, expand the Mentimeter usage and ultimately handing over qualified leads to the Sales Team in an automated and scalable way.
You will be part of the Marketing team but work closely with the Sales team. This role is a new role within Mentimeter, and you will have the chance to have a large impact on which initiatives we should explore.
We use the theory of Predictable Revenue, and reference Dropbox and Slack when we see the future of Mentimeter. Mentimeter is a service that is loved globally, and our growth has been almost 100% organic. Sales are currently growing over 10% per month, and you will be the driving force to accelerate that growth even further.

Role responsibilities:
Together with Enterprise Sales drive and execute on projects to ensure customer adoption and retention
Together with Enterprise Sales develop and implement target account tactics to support account-based selling for expanding existing logos
Suggest tactics for generating qualified leads for logo expansion with the ability to execute them yourself and measure results
Work closely together with Demand Generation as well as Marketing Automation to deliver a best-in-class customer journey
Work closely with both sales and marketing to ensure marketing activity and sales goals are aligned
Provide analysis of potential new areas to explore to expand logos as well as reporting and analyzing the impact of your efforts
Support in content creation of content needed for Inbound Marketing
Place of work is in Stockholm, and we can support re-location within the EU

What resources do we have to support you:
Marketing and Sales team to support tactics
Sales Development Representatives to support in lead qualification
Sales Operation function
Professional CRM and data gathering services (Intercom, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Salesforce)

We believe you have:
1-3 years experience with at least one year of hands-on experience and proven success in a similar role within the SaaS industry
Experience from the marketing and sales tech stacks that enables Inbound Marketing. Examples of this could be; experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Intercom, Pardot and Customer.io
Knowledge of how to enhance campaign performance and nurture current prospects
Proven success in delivering value through Account-Based Marketing
Native-level English skills as well as experience from creating written content
Understanding of how both the tech stack enables automation and scale
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of project management

Not required:
You don't have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organisation, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 20 different nationalities!)

To foster and emphasize this culture and way of working, we apply a non-commission based salary model in our sales roles, which has proven to be very successful and appreciated across the team.
