operating online fashion stores since 2007. We work with both Nordic and International fashion
brands. We manage the entire process of online sales, including logistics, product and order
management, customer service, IT support and online marketing. We currently employ more than
60 employees in our headquarters offices in Malmö, Sweden
Dina arbetsuppgifterAnswer inbound calls to assist customers' inquiries
Research required information using available resources and systems
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls and emails to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Translating product descriptions from English to your language
Utbildning och erfarenhetBilingual in at least two of the mentioned languages above
Proficient in relevant computer applications including Microsoft office, etc.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Experience in a call center environment and/or fashion retail
Customer service experience in the fashion industry but not required
Good keyboarding skills
General product knowledge of fashion
